1. PRICES
The prices shown in the web shop are payable in EUR in using the listed credit cards (VISA or MasterCard). The total price at the end of the purchase procedure will include cost of delivery but not customs duty nor import taxes which may be applicable in your country
2. ORDER AND AVAILABILITY
When you have found the article to order you must click on the Product Details to get information about colours, sizes and availability. Should you try to order a pair which is not in stock you will be asked if we shall inform you by e-mail when again available. After you have selected the article you proceed by clicking to Checkout.
You have to fill in all information requested on the Shipping Address.
3. DELIVERIES
We deliver to all countries except North America and Canada in which two countries you can order through the website www.sprigsville.com. Deliveries will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. We will send your order within one working day after you have received our order confirmation. To most countries the total time of delivery will be 5 - 7 days. Should you not have received the parcel by that period kindly contact us by e-mail referring to the order number on your order confirmation.
4. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
We are committed to provide you with articles of the highest quality and service of delivery. Should we have failed in any manner we hope that you give us the chance to correct possible mistakes by sending an e-mail or call us. The details are given at our home page.
You have the right to return any or all of the delivered articles within 14 days of receiving the delivery. You should in such a case send the pair(s) iclusive the original parcel containing your details (address and purchase order number) to our head office in Germany shown on our web page. Upon receipt of the return, we will repay you the price you paid for the articles, not for the cost of delivery. If, however, we have delivered a wrong product or the product is defected we will repay you the full amount inclusive your own return shipping costs.
5. SECURITY
We are using the latest encryption technology SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in our web shop. This means that only the Secure Payment Server can read your credit card information which is sent directly and encrypted to the bank. This information is not stored at our server.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
The information you provide us will not be given to any third party. We would, however, like to use your details to keep in touch with you for the purpose of sending you news about the articles once in a while.
